Overbooked Inc. ("Overbooked," "us," "we," or "our") operates the www.overbooked.ai website (the "Website") and the OverBooked application ("App"). Together, the Website and App are referred to as the "Services."

Create, manage, and optimize automated Facebook advertising campaigns on your behalf (see Section 5)
Provide automated AI responses in Facebook Messenger (see Section 6)
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Send appointment confirmations, updates, and marketing content (opt‑out available)
Prevent fraud, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations
3. SMS and VOIP Communications
When you provide your phone number, you consent to receiving SMS messages and VOIP calls for support, marketing, and service updates. Message frequency varies. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP. Standard carrier rates may apply.
4. Use of AI and Automated Tools
OverBooked uses AI services (e.g., OpenAI) for:
Chatbots on the Website
Appointment scheduling
Customer communication and support
Call transcription and AI‑based response optimization
Automated Facebook ad creation, audience selection, and campaign launch (see Section 5)
Automated Facebook Messenger responses (see Section 6)
Interactions with these systems may be logged and processed to improve our Services. Data may be processed and stored by our trusted partners in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Automated AI Facebook Ads Campaigns
We offer an optional feature that automates the creation and management of Facebook advertising campaigns using AI. When you enable this feature:
Data Processed – We use your business profile information, past campaign data, and audience insights (where available) to generate ad creatives, select target audiences, set budgets, and launch campaigns through the Facebook Ads API.
Purpose – To streamline your marketing efforts and improve the performance of your ads with minimal manual effort.
Third‑Party Sharing – The data required to run and measure ad campaigns (e.g., ad copy, creative assets, audience parameters, and performance metrics) is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Facebook") solely for the purpose of executing and optimizing your campaigns. Facebook processes this data in accordance with its own policies and the Facebook Business Tools Terms.
Performance Metrics – We collect aggregated performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend) to report results to you and refine future campaigns. Where possible, performance data is anonymized or aggregated.
Opt‑In & Withdrawal – This feature is disabled by default. You can enable or disable automated AI Facebook ads at any time within your account settings. Disabling the feature stops new campaigns from being created but does not automatically pause campaigns already active on Facebook; you can manage existing campaigns directly in your Facebook Ads Manager or within the App.
Legal Basis – We process your data for automated ads under your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and to fulfill our contractual obligation to provide marketing services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
6. Automated AI Facebook Messenger Responses
We also offer an optional feature that uses AI to automatically respond to inquiries received through Facebook Messenger. When you enable this feature:
Data Processed – Incoming and outgoing Messenger messages, conversation metadata, your Facebook Page information, and publicly available profile details of message senders (where permitted).
Purpose – To deliver timely, personalized responses, qualify leads, and facilitate appointment booking without manual intervention.
Third‑Party Sharing – Message content and associated metadata are transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. via the Facebook Graph API solely to deliver and manage Messenger conversations. Meta processes this data pursuant to its own policies and terms.
Performance Metrics – We collect aggregated metrics such as response times, conversation outcomes, and resolution rates to improve service quality and provide reports to you. Metrics are anonymized or aggregated wherever feasible.
Opt‑In & Withdrawal – This feature is disabled by default. You may enable or disable automated AI Messenger responses at any time in your account settings. Disabling the feature stops new AI responses but does not delete existing conversations in Messenger.
Legal Basis – We process your data for automated Messenger responses based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and to fulfill our contractual obligation to provide communication services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
7. Third‑Party Integrations
We integrate with services such as Google Calendar, Facebook (including Facebook Ads and Messenger), Stripe, and more. Your data may be shared with these services only to facilitate the functionality you opt into. For example:
Calendar appointments via Google Calendar
Facebook Messenger responses from our AI
Automated ad campaigns via Facebook Ads API
Payments processed through Stripe
8. Use of Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to personalize content, analyze traffic, and provide a better user experience. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features.

The App may request access to your device’s location. You can enable or disable this access in your device settings. Location data helps optimize service delivery and user experience.
10. Gmail Access (If Applicable)
If you connect your Gmail account to OverBooked:
We request OAuth‑based secure access.
We use email data solely to support lead tracking, appointment setting, and customer communication.
No email content is stored beyond what is necessary.
You may revoke access anytime through your Google account settings.
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
11. Data Retention and Protection
We retain your data only as long as necessary for providing our Services or as required by law. We implement industry‑standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access control, and secure storage.
